Skull Squadron

Lead by Skull Leader, Fenn Rau, these Mandalorian Journeyman Protectors would serve in the Clone Wars against the CIS forces throughout the war. Fenn Rau as leader of the highly respected Journeyman Protectors and coming long line of Mandalorian warriors who fought in many wars, Fenn Rau was select by Jango Fett to help train the Clone army, because of his skills as a highly skilled pilot Fenn Rau helped trained many of the Clone pilots. However Fenn Rau become in conflict with few members of the Cuy'val Dar such as Isabet Reau and Dred Priest who were pro Death Watch, much like fellow trainer Mij Gammar, Fenn Rau was disgusted by their brutal actions and the death count of Clone cadets suffered under their command in their Battle Circles, thankfully thanks to Mij informing Jango Fett of these battle circles, Fett put a very violent end to the Battle Circles as he beaten the hell out of Dred Priest, Fenn Rau being present, enjoyed that time very much.

When the Clone Wars finally begin, Fenn Rau was horrified of the number of loses on Geonosis, blaming it heavily on Jedi inexperience leadership, it drove him take group of Journeyman Protectors into the war to assist the Republic against CIS, fighting alongside Clone Troopers he had personally trained. But one of main factors that played role of Fenn Rau joining in the war was he become very concerned of lack of actual honorable Mandalorians in the galaxy as there was the New Mandalorians and the Death Watch, Fenn Rau was determined to show that the Mandalorian people has not forgotten their honor and obligations. This would later lead Fenn Rau in learning of the Aka'liit who were remnants of the True Mandalorians and many of other loyal clans to Mand'alor Jaster Mereel, Fenn Rau was pleased learn where goals and loyalty lay with the Aka'liit and this would later serve as strenthing relations between the Journeyman Protectors and the Aka'liit.

While small in number as only a squadron, Skull Squadron has proven itself being highly skilled pilots of the war, earning many victories for the Republic.
